went down to the charles river for boston's fourth of july celebration 15 minutes before the fireworks started. i found a great place to watch the show -- two rows back from the river bank. unfortunately, it wasn't great for photos. i didn't notice the tree overhead until the show started. oh yeah, and it was raining.
